Informed Consent & Client Agreement

By participating in coaching services provided by Gut Glow Coach, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Educational Nature of Services

Gut Glow Coach provides educational nutrition, wellness, lifestyle, and functional health coaching services only.

The information, recommendations, educational materials, bloodwork interpretation, supplement suggestions, and lifestyle guidance provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Services provided are not a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed medical practitioner. Clients are encouraged to consult with their doctor or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, medications, testing, diagnoses, or treatment decisions.

Personal Responsibility

You understand that your results are dependent on many factors including consistency, communication, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medical history, and individual physiology.

You acknowledge that no guarantees can be made regarding specific health outcomes or symptom resolution.

Supplement & Lifestyle Recommendations

Any supplement, food, lifestyle, or educational recommendations provided are intended for general wellness support and educational purposes only.

You understand it is your responsibility to:

  • Review ingredients for allergies or sensitivities.

  • Consult your healthcare provider where appropriate.

  • Inform Gut Glow Coach Consultant of any medications, conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or diagnoses that may impact recommendations.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal, health, lifestyle, and questionnaire information shared with Gut Glow Coach will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services and support.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

While reasonable steps are taken to protect your information, you understand that online platforms and electronic communication may carry inherent privacy risks.

Communication & Support

You acknowledge that coaching support is educational and collaborative in nature.

Standard communication hours are between 8:00am - 6:00pm. While messages may occasionally be responded to outside of these hours, this is not guaranteed.

Please allow reasonable response time during weekends, public holidays, and busy periods. Gut Glow Coach will make reasonable efforts to respond as promptly as possible within business hours.

Refund Policy

Gut Glow Coach is committed to providing value and individualized support.

If within the first 7 days of receiving your plan you genuinely feel the service has not provided value, you may request a refund consideration.

To be eligible, clients must:

  • have completed all onboarding requirements honestly and thoroughly

  • have actively engaged with and implemented recommendations provided

  • have communicated concerns and sought clarification/support during the first week

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving your plan.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of participation, failure to follow recommendations, or failure to communicate concerns during the support period.

Results & Social Media Posting

Positive outcomes or progress achieved throughout coaching may be shared on social media or educational platforms for inspirational and educational purposes. This may include symptom improvements, client feedback, progress photos, screenshots of messages, or general health wins.

No personal information will ever be shared without explicit consent. Clients will always be asked for permission before any images are posted. Clients may decline at any time without this affecting their care or support.

By signing below, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this agreement.

  • You voluntarily choose to participate in coaching services.

  • You understand the educational nature and limitations of the services provided.

  • You agree to the terms outlined above.
